My community was hit hard by Sandy. The devastation is hard to describe . . President Obama flew over my house today. That's how bad it is. I was evacuated Monday night. What I have been hearing all day long are the sirens, not for the living, but for the people who decided to stay. That are being "recovered". They decided to "ride it out".
Not only that, but the people who were evacuated and decided to get out, there is looting going on. So we have a curfew now.
