Require a criminal background check for every gun sold in America Ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines Make gun trafficking a federal crime, including real penalties for “straw purchasers” I would add a mental health check too. But you are right Notacynic, creating and implementing a plan is harder. Got any suggestions to add to the list? Ideas?
I would suggest that we already pretty much have those requirements and bans. What we need is political will to enforce them. And yes, bring back the assault weapons ban, or something even better.
Well ... It's good, I guess. Still, it's much easier to do that than actually create and implement a plan ...
